For information about ABM’s benefits, visit\nABM Employee Benefits: Staff & Mgmt\n Key Responsibilities:\nSupervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.\n\nSchedule and assign cleaning tasks, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.\n\nTrain and onboard new janitorial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.\n\nConduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.\n\nAddress and resolve issues or complaints related to cleaning services.\n\nMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.\n\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including the proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.\n\nPrepare and maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff schedules, and maintenance issues.\n\nCommunicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.\n\nAssist with cleaning tasks as needed, particularly during high-demand situations.\n\nDevelop and implement cleaning procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and service quality\n\n Required Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;
