performance and reliability. \nSupport the design and implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure the safety and efficiency of facility systems. \nDevelop and maintain procedures for routine and emergency maintenance, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. \nMonitor facility systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems, to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions. \nCoordinate with vendors and contractors to schedule and oversee maintenance and repair work. \nAssist in developing and managing budgets for facility operations and maintenance. \nEnsure all facility documentation, including maintenance logs and safety records, are accurately maintained. \nConduct regular inspections and audits of facility systems and operations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. \nParticipate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives to improve energy efficiency and reduce operational costs. \nCollaborate with other departments to support facility-related projects and initiatives. \n Strong understanding of facility management principles and practices, particularly in critical infrastructure industries. \nExperience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and procedures. \nKnowledge of relevant regulations, codes, permits, and standards, particularly those related to electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems. \nStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions. \nExcellent organizational, planning, and documentation skills. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. \nProficiency in using facility management software and other relevant tools. \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. \nEducation, Experience, & Certification Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in facility management, engineering, or a related field is desirable but not required. \n5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a critical infrastructure industry. \nExperience with critical systems such as HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. \nCertification in facility management (e.g., Certified Facility Manager (CFM)) is desirable but not required. \nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools is a plus. \nAbility to obtain relevant certifications within 6-12 months if not already certified. \nPreferred Attributes:\nDemonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to pivot and adapt to new approaches when necessary. \nStrong leadership and team-building skills, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members. \nCritical thinking and data analytics
