For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2023 Employee Benefits | Staff & Management\nCommunicate effectively with employees and clients to ensure fulfillment of performance and quality requirements.\n\nMonitor compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements in area of responsibility.\n\nEnsure that payroll is prepared and transmitted in an accurate and timely manner.\n\nMaintain positive relationship with client representatives.\n\nControl cost to ensure profitability of area of responsibility.\n\nEnsure clients receive accurate invoices in a timely manner. Follow-up on payment of all invoices.\n\nResponsible for and /or the oversight of the recruiting, hiring, and training of all employees in his/her area of responsibility.\n\nEnsure this is done according to established procedures and cost-effectively.\n\nEnsure that each employee receives proper training commensurate with the job responsibilities assigned and that all training is properly documented and maintained according to Company standards.\n\nEnsure that any injuries, incidents, accidents, etc. are documented, reported, and processed appropriately.\n\nMonitor safety programs within your area of responsibility and communicate with Safety Quality Managers frequently to ensure compliance with all Company safety standards.\n\nComply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.\n\nEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.\n\nEnsure that duty managers and supervisors are professionally trained and understand their assigned duties.\n\n Physical Demands:\n(The Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
