Your contributions and match are immediately vested.\n Wheelchair Services:\nSupervise and coordinate the safe and timely assistance of passengers requiring mobility support.\nEnsure compliance with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines and airline policies regarding passenger assistance.\nTrain and manage wheelchair attendants, ensuring professional and courteous interactions with passengers.\nMonitor staffing levels and adjust as needed to meet operational demands.\nAddress and resolve passenger concerns or complaints regarding mobility assistance.\nCabin Services:\nOversee cleaning crews responsible for aircraft interior maintenance, ensuring on-time turnaround for flights.\nEnsure compliance with airline sanitation and safety regulations, including proper disposal of waste and restocking of in-flight supplies.\nCoordinate with airline representatives to meet aircraft cleaning standards and address specific requests.\nConduct quality control inspections to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.\nFacilities Services:\nSupervise the maintenance and cleanliness of terminal facilities, including restrooms, lounges, and gate areas.\nWork closely with airport facility management to ensure repairs, maintenance, and janitorial tasks are completed efficiently.\nMonitor equipment and supply inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels for cleaning and maintenance tasks.\nConduct routine inspections to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.\nLeadership & Operations:\nTrain, mentor, and develop staff to maintain a high-performance team.\nEnsure compliance with FAA, TSA, OSHA, and airport security regulations.\nPrepare reports on service performance, operational challenges, and team productivity.\nHandle scheduling, shift assignments, and employee performance evaluations.\nRespond to service-related incidents and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.\n High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).\n2+ years of supervisory experience in airport operations, customer service, or a related field.\nStrong knowledge of airport safety and ADA compliance regulations.\nExcellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and airport operational systems.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.\nValid driver’s license: airport security clearance may be required.\nWork Environment:\nFast-paced airport setting with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions.\nRequires standing, walking, lifting, and working in high-traffic passenger areas.\nInteraction with passengers, airline representatives, and airport personnel.\nThis role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic airport environment, ensuring seamless passenger assistance, cabin cleanliness, and facility upkeep.
