supervisors\nDeliver training programs on cleaning procedures, equipment usage, and safety protocols\nProvide hands-on instruction for aircraft cabin cleaning, including galleys, lavatories, and seating areas\nEnsure team members are trained on company standards, client requirements, and SOPs\nCompliance & Safety\nTrain employees on OSHA, FAA, and airport authority regulations\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, PPE usage, and hazardous material handling\nConduct safety briefings, audits, and refresher training sessions\nMaintain accurate training records and certifications\nQuality Assurance\nConduct site observations and inspections to ensure proper cleaning techniques and service delivery\nIdentify performance gaps and retrain employees as needed\nPartner with operations leadership to drive continuous improvement\nCollaboration & Support\nWork closely with Operations Managers and Supervisors to support workforce readiness\n Must have a Valid State Driver's License for a minimum of 1 year\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred)\nPrevious experience in aviation and janitorial services\nPrevious training or instructional experience preferred\nKnowledge of aircraft cabin cleaning procedures strongly preferred\nFamiliarity with OSHA, FAA, and airport safety regulations\nStrong communication and presentation skills\nAbility to train diverse groups in a fast-paced environment\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40
