For information about ABM’s benefits, visit\nRecruiting Flyer - Staff & Mgmt\n Training Strategy & Program Management\nResponsible for delivering ILT, OJT, and skills-based training.\nImplement standardized training programs, including onboarding, compliance, safety, and recurrent training.\nEnsure training content remains up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements.\nCollaborate on curriculum updates and refinements; may assist in developing materials such as presentations and job aids.\nHelp instill a culture of training, safety, security, and quality and deliver measurable results.\nParticipate in training calls\nEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.\nComply with all training, safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities. \nPerform other duties as assigned - job duties may be modified at any time\nTraining Delivery & Facilitation\nFacilitate engaging in-person training sessions.\nEnsure consistent, high-quality training delivery \nLearning Management System (LMS) Administration\n Oversee accurate tracking of training records in the organization and in client’s LMS platforms.\nReview, validate, and distribute training completion reports.
