Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.\n Billing & Invoicing\n· Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices through Oracle Project Accounting, ensuring accuracy, compliance with contracts, and timely delivery.\n· Validate project setup, funding limits, billing rules, and milestones before invoice generation.\n· Coordinate with project management and operations teams to resolve billing discrepancies.\n· Maintain complete and accurate billing records supporting monthly and quarterly financial close processes.\nCollections & Accounts Receivable\n· Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure prompt collection of outstanding invoices.\n· Communicate with customers to resolve billing or payment issues and drive timely collections.\n· Apply cash receipts and reconcile customer accounts within Oracle AR.\n· Support monthly AR reporting and analysis, including DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) metrics and trend monitoring.\nRevenue Recognition\n· Apply appropriate revenue recognition rules in accordance with ASC 606 and company policies.\n· Ensure accurate timing and classification of revenue for project-based contracts.\n· Reconcile billed revenue, unbilled revenue, and deferred revenue balances during monthly close.\n· Support accounting leadership in audits, reconciliations, and variance analyses related to revenue.\nFinancial Reporting & Analysis\n· Prepare and analyze billing, collections, and revenue reports for management review.\n· Identify variances and recommend process improvements to strengthen accuracy and efficiency.\n· Collaborate with finance teams to support forecasting and revenue planning initiatives.\n Education & Experience\n· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.\n· 3+ years of experience in billing, revenue accounting, or project accounting roles.\n· Hands-on experience with Oracle Financials, especially Project Accounting and Accounts Receivable modules.\n· Working knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition principles.\nSkills\n· Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\n· Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.\n· Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.\n· Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional
