revision controls in accordance with Facilities standards and procedures.\n\nUpdate AutoCAD floor plans and drawings to reflect construction projects, renovations, occupancy changes, and field modifications.\n\nUpload and maintain current drawing files, floor plans, and supporting documentation within TRIRIGA and related systems\n\nMaintain CAD standards, file structures, naming conventions, and version control processes.\n\nProvide accurate as-built drawings and facility documentation to Design, Construction, Facilities Operations, Security, and other stakeholders upon request.\n\nProject Coordination & Closeout\nCollaborate with Project Managers to ensure contractors, architects, engineers, and consultants provide complete and accurate as-built drawing packages at project closeout.\n\nReview and validate submitted drawing packages for compliance, completeness, and quality standards.\n\nTrack drawing revisions resulting from ongoing capital projects and facility modifications.\n\nParticipate in weekly project coordination meetings to support communication, project alignment, and process improvements.\n\nSpace Management & Facilities Data Support\n\nPartner with Facilities Operations, Planning, Design & Construction, Security, and Real Estate teams to maintain accurate building and space inventory records.\n\nProvide building, occupancy, and square footage data to support planning, reporting, and operational activities.\n\nCoordinate with Facility Planning, Portfolio Planning, Real Estate Program Management, GIS, OpenBlue, and TRIRIGA teams to identify and document space changes.\n\nSupport development and implementation of best practices for drawing maintenance, space management, and audit readiness.\n\nSpace Audits & Validation\nConduct bi-annual space and furniture layout audits to validate occupancy and drawing accuracy.\n\nReconcile discrepancies between field conditions, CAD drawings, and TRIRIGA space records.\n\nSupport campus-wide space audits, utilization reviews, and reporting requirements.\n\nEnsure facility data remains accurate and aligned across all systems of record.\n\nBIM360 Document Control Administration\n\nServe as the administrator for BIM360 Project Document Management folders.\n\nEstablish project folder structures and maintain document control standards.\n\nTrain Project Managers, Facility Managers, Design teams, and other stakeholders on document management policies, procedures, and workflows.\n\nManage document permissions, access controls, and document exchange processes.\n\nArchive project files upon completion and ensure records retention requirements are met.\n\nMaintain organized and accessible project documentation that can be easily retrieved by authorized stakeholders.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nAssociate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, Facilities Management, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.\n\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in CAD coordination, drafting, facilities documentation, or space management.\n\nAdvanced proficiency in AutoCAD.\n\nExperience managing as-built drawings, revision control processes, and construction closeout documentation.\n\nExperience supporting facilities, construction, workplace planning, or corporate real estate projects.\n\nStrong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nStrong stakeholder management and customer service skills.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Johnson Controls OpenBlue.\n\nExperience with IBM TRIRIGA space management and facilities systems.\n\nExperience with Autodesk BIM360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud document management platforms.\n\nKnowledge of facilities operations, workplace services, and corporate real estate environments.\n\nExperience with occupancy planning, space utilization analysis, and portfolio reporting.\n\nFamiliarity with GIS-integrated facilities management systems.\n\nExperience supporting large campus environments and multiple concurrent construction projects.\n\nKey Stakeholder Partnerships\nThis role will regularly collaborate with:\nFacilities
