OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION
ABM is seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaner to join our team at the Capital One office building. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, high standards of cleanliness, and a proactive approach to maintaining an exceptional environment for our client.
As this is a front-of-house role, you will be representing ABM while working within the client's premises. Strong communication skills, professionalism, excellent timekeeping, and a positive attitude are essential.
The site is ideally located next to Nottingham Train Station and Broadmarsh Bus Station, making it easily accessible by public transport.
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms, and the gymnasium
- Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
- Disinfecting surfaces and high-touch points
- Window and glass cleaning
- Operating cleaning machinery and equipment
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Identifying opportunities to improve service standards and client satisfaction
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the site
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- Excellent attention to detail
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
- Professional and courteous manner
- Good communication skills
- Reliable with excellent attendance and timekeeping
- Ability to work as part of a team and take pride in your work
