As well as reversals, write-offs and DMFs\nAssist with ticket audits, completion of daily reports and entering data into the database as well as processing refunds and key control reports\nFiling, maintain files and recordkeeping with confidentiality\nGenerate monthly invoices (janitorial, supplies, copies, hangtags)\nDistribution of incoming & outgoing mail and handle all miscellaneous clerical duties\nCoordinate functions with Manager, including ordering supplies, invoicing and handling petty cash\nEnsure an efficient office operation by working with vendors in maintaining office
