across aging buckets\nProactively contact clients to secure payment on past-due balances via phone and email (emphasis on phone calls)\nMaintain a disciplined call and outreach cadence\nNegotiate payment commitments and structured payment plans\nDrive reduction in past due balances\nClient Communication & Relationship Management\nServe as primary contact for payment-related inquiries\nMaintain professional, solution-focused client conversations\nSecure and document promise-to-pay commitments\nEscalate strategic or high-risk accounts when appropriate\nCross-Functional Coordination\nIdentify root causes of delinquency and pass off to proper resolution team\nPartner with Billing, Operations, and Account Management to resolve disputes(Lead AR calls with the Operation teams• Coordinate joint client outreach when needed\nEnsure timely resolution of payment barriers\nDocumentation & System Integrity\nMaintain accurate and detailed account notes\nUpdate all activity within Oracle Advanced Collections\nEnsure data accuracy for reporting and analytics\nPerformance & KPI Management\nMeet defined cash flow performance metrics\nParticipate in account review meetings\nContribute to balances\n\nStrong communication and negotiation skills\n\nExperience with ERP or collections systems\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nEnterprise or multi-region collections experience\n\nKnowledge of Oracle Advanced Collections or similar systems\n\nExperience with service-based or contract billing environments\n\nFamiliarity with AR metrics such as DSO and aging analysis\n\nKey Performance
