Sersafe certification preferred.\nUnderstand & populate all regulatory logs: Tracking food temperatures & time temperature control requirements. Monitor equipment including, but not limited to refrigerators, stove, ovens, etc.\nFood safety standards: Follow standards to ensure food is safely prepared. Ensure food cool down procedures are followed. Understand food safety regarding cross contamination.\nRecipes: Be able to read & execute standardized recipes.
