remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors in designated areas \nRegularly check trash receptacles, emptying as needed, in all designated areas \nFollow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures \nNotify lead cleaner or manager concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems \nEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. \nCollect, consolidate, and separate recycling into proper receptacles \nClean and dust desks, chairs, tables furniture, fixtures, doors, sills, floors, ceiling, and walls\nPolish hard surfaces, e.g. woodwork, stainless steel surfaces \nWipe and clean tabletops, chairs, and equipment in food areas \nMove cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates and equipment to clean areas, either manually or by using hand trucks \nClean interior partition glass, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees \nSweep walks, rake leaves, cut grass, remove snow or perform other incidental seasonal tasks \nMaintain the cleanliness of restrooms (clean and polish as needed) \nComply with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities\n Basic Qualifications: \nMust be 18 years of age or older \nNo experience required and on the job training provided. \nNo high school diploma, GED or college degree required.\nPreferred Qualifications: \nPrior customer service experience \nOne (1) year of prior similar work
