A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.\n Main Responsibilities:\nSupervise and support groundskeeping staff on a daily basis.\nAssign groundskeeping and sports turf maintenance tasks and ensure all areas of the property are maintained properly.\nTrain and mentor groundskeeping team members, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.\nConduct routine inspections to maintain standards and address any issues promptly.\nManage inventory of groundskeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage.\nRespond to and resolve any grounds maintenance or production issues quickly.\nCommunicate with site leadership and other departments as needed.\nEnsure safety procedures are followed when using groundskeeping equipment (trimmers, mowers, blowers, etc.)\nMaintain records of staff attendance, and performance evaluations.\nPerform groundskeeping and sports turf maintenance work when extra support is needed or in emergencies.\n Qualifications:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent work experience.\n1+ years of supervisory experience in groundskeeping services, preferably in a campus, or large facility environment.\nKnowledge of grounds keeping and sport turf maintenance procedures, tools, and safety guidelines.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work independently and manage a team.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple\nPhysical ability to lift, bend, and stand and walk for extended periods up to the entirety of the shift.\nPreferred Skills:\nBasic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.\nMay require early morning or evening hours based on schedules.\nMust be able to respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs.\nBilingual -
