management.\nEnsure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with Amazon’s cleanliness and safety standards.\nMonitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.\nConduct routine inspections to ensure quality control and address any deficiencies.\nTrain staff on proper cleaning procedures, equipment use, and safety protocols.\nRespond to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies in a timely manner.\nMaintain compliance with OSHA, health, and safety guidelines.\nCommunicate with facility management regarding cleaning needs and improvements\n Previous experience in janitorial supervision, facility maintenance, or a related field.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nKnowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.\nAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.\nFlexibility to work various shifts,
