work orders: timely and complete dispatch, scheduling, follow up, quote preparation, problem resolution, and post-service activities. \nReviews and prioritizes open work orders for follow-up and attention based on age, status, or other factors; performs appropriate follow-up until work order is closed. \nWorks with Managers or Trade Specialists on resolution of problems. \nSystem department, Billing, and others) to communicate customer requirements and to resolve any challenges, issues, or new opportunities. \nWorks with client and service provider personnel to maintain and troubleshoot system access and usability. \nProvides required reporting, data, and dispatch updates for assigned client(s). \nConducts periodic weekly calls to discuss any updates, checkups, and basic information sharing. \nInform Service Manager of work progress, customer relations, field personnel relations, material administration and other matters affecting service operations. \nSupports Digital & Technology development by providing user acceptance testing for systemreleases. \n\nSupport successful operations consistent with ABM policies, programs, procedures, systemsand guidelines. \n\nMonitoring and controlling of operatives to ensure completion of tasks to a high standard. \nCompleting paperwork. \nCommunicating with Line Manager. \nTraining of staff and upkeep of records. \nEnsuring the time and attendance monitored and completed for payroll each month. \nPrioritize calls based on severity and availability of appropriate service tech. \n Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. \nProficiency with Google suite and Google products.\nValidated professional verbal and written communication skills. \nFamiliar and comfortable making outbound calls. \nGood communication skills both verbal and written. \nSmart clean appearance. \nCan work as part of a team as well as working alone. \nProactive/can do attitude to work. \nCandidates must be punctual, trustworthy and have a good eye for
