For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management\nOversee the maintenance and repair of all facilities systems, including mechanical, HVAC plumbing, line mechanical, painting, plumbing, and CMMS.\nActive participation in business development opportunities, including pricing, presentations, and perspective client engagements.\nDevelop and implement maintenance programs, including preventive, proactive, and corrective maintenance.\nTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including Mean Time to Repair (MTTR). Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), work order status and project completions\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement account strategies and plans to source new services\nDevelop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and vendors.\nWork with stakeholders to ensure that facilities meet operational requirements and are compliant with all relevant regulations and standards.\nAnalyze existing maintenance programs for facilities, including preventative maintenance plans and repair schedules, provide direction for implementing best practices\nMentor and guide team members to ensure successful operational delivery\nEstablish a mandatory weekly meeting with direct reports to review current and future operations.\nProactively interact and communicate with the client to ensure service continuity\nBachelor's degree preferred in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or 4+ years of operational experience in facilities operations and maintenance in industrial, commercial, semiconductor, or mission critical environments\nStrong technical knowledge of facilities systems\nExperience in developing and implementing maintenance programs to include but not limited to KPIs for preventive, proactive, and corrective maintenance, tracking MTTR and MTBF, and measuring performance against set targets\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.\nStrong leadership skills, ability to manage teams of various sizes, and providing coaching and mentorship to new and existing team members\nAbility to work independently and make decisions with minimal
