For information about ABM’s benefits, visit Annual Benefits-Staff and Management\n Facilities Maintenance & Service Requests\n· Perform routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance, repair, or safety needs.\n· Complete light to moderate maintenance and repairs, including basic HVAC support, electrical, plumbing, touch-up painting, and general repairs.\n· Respond to and resolve service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner.\n· Maintain accurate records of work performed, work orders, and inspections.\n· Escalate complex or unresolved issues and coordinate with facilities management or external vendors as needed.\n· Assist with office furniture setup, equipment moves, and minor facility improvements or projects.\nSafety, Compliance & Inventory\n· Ensure all work is completed in compliance with OSHA, health, and safety regulations.\n· Conduct safety inspections and report hazards or compliance concerns promptly.\n· Monitor, maintain, and order maintenance and cleaning supplies as needed.\n· Maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and materials.\nJanitorial Supervision & Quality Control\n· Provide direct supervision to janitorial employees, including daily task oversight.\n· Ensure cleaning services are completed to client cleanliness, sanitation, and safety standards.\n· Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and address any deficiencies.\n· Train staff on proper cleaning techniques, equipment use, and safety protocols.\n· Respond to urgent cleaning requests or facility needs as they arise.\nCommunication & Coordination\n· Serve as the onsite point of contact for daily facility and custodial needs.\n· Communicate regularly with facility management regarding maintenance issues, cleaning standards, and improvement opportunities.\n· Support special projects, events, or additional duties as assigned.\n · High school diploma or equivalent required.\n· 3 years of handyman experience or facilities maintenance experience.\n· 1 year of supervisory experience.\n· Bilingual -
