For information about ABM’s benefits, visit Annual Benefits-Frontline\nProvide day-to-day operational support of facilities.\nPerform facility repairs and maintenance for internal customers, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, painting, and general maintenance.\nPlan, organize, and prioritize work orders and planned preventive maintenance.\nAssist in the development and monitoring of facility tools, equipment, and processes.\nSupport vendors and contractors during inspections and on-site repairs. Provide escort duties as needed.\nWork within HID Global safety protocols and actively participate in all aspects of workplace safety.\nProvide feedback to the department regarding process improvements and opportunities to increase operational efficiency.\nSupport site emergency preparedness and response efforts.\nParticipate in furniture moves and event setup, including chairs, tables, organizational skills.\nKnowledge of HVAC system functions and facility operations.\nProficient in the use of hand and power tools.\nFamiliarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and related procedures.\nAbility to read and interpret technical documentation, blueprints, and as-built drawings.\nKnowledge of applicable OSHA regulations and safety requirements.\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum of one year of maintenance experience in a commercial building environment.\nCommunication Skills\nAbility to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.\nComputer and Systems Skills\nProficient in operating a Building Management System (BMS).\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.\nFamiliarity with Windows operating systems.\nCustomer and Performance Expectations\nPerform assigned duties diligently and with thorough attention to detail.\nDemonstrate consistent punctuality and
