maintenance programs across all facilities.\nOversee and ensure proper documentation, record management, and timely sharing of maintenance records with the Airport Authority, including tenant-related documentation.\nEnsure landlord-controlled common areas are maintained in optimal condition at all times.\nManage and resolve day-to-day facility issues, including coordination with internal teams, tenants, and Airport Authority departments (e.g., plumbing, maintenance).\nIdentify the root causes of facility issues and ensure timely resolution with appropriate follow-through.\nCompliance & Regulatory Oversight\nSupport and enforce adherence to all applicable codes and regulations, including but not limited to:\nLADBS (Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety)\nHealth Department requirements\nFire Life Safety (FLS)\nABC regulations (as applicable to facility operations)\nAirport Police Department (APD)\nMonitor tenant compliance within leased spaces and coordinate corrective actions as needed.\nTenant & Stakeholder Coordination\nServe as the primary liaison for tenant facility-related matters, including store upgrades, refurbishments, and repair activities.\nMaintain strong communication with tenants and Airport Authority to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely updates on issues, escalations, and impacts to operations or guest experience.\nTrack and respond to fire alarm events within tenant spaces, ensuring proper documentation, investigation, and reporting to Airport Authority and stakeholders.\nProject & Capital Management\nOwns capital planning and budgeting activities in partnership with management.\nLead and coordinate facility-related projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery on scope, budget, and timeline.\nAssist in queue planning and prioritization of maintenance and project work.\nVendor & Contract Management\nManage third-party vendors and service providers to ensure performance meets contractual obligations and service standards.\nOversee contract lifecycle, including RFP development, bid evaluation, negotiation, and ongoing compliance.\nEnsure vendor adherence to safety, operational, and regulatory requirements.\nContinuous Improvement\nIdentify and implement opportunities to improve facility operations, processes, and service delivery.\nDrive initiatives that enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve the overall customer experience.\nPreferred bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (5 years’ experience).\n5+ years of progressive facilities management experience, preferably in airport, concession / hospitality, or high-traffic environments.\nStrong knowledge of building systems, preventative maintenance practices, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nExperience managing vendors, contracts, and capital projects.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively in a fast-paced
