a Company incentive or bonus program.\nEssential Functions\nDevelop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning\n\nUpdate 12-month forecast quarterly\n\nConduct reports and analysis related to annual budget and quarterly financial metrics\n\nReview P&L for variances and advise operations on opportunities for improvement\n\nMaintain and report monthly and quarterly operating financial metrics\n\nContribute to month-end close process and submit journal entries\n\nSpecial projects and other duties as required\n\n Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is required\n\n2+ years of experience in finance and accounting is required\nAdvanced working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office products\n\nWorking knowledge of Hyperion SmartView is required\n\nExperience in Anaplan is preferred\n\nAbility to present financial data concisely, utilizing visualizations when necessary\n\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to prioritize projects and execute and deliver key objectives in a timely manner\n\nFamiliarity with Balance Sheet and Income Statements\n\nExcellent interpersonal skills\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment\n\nAbility to take direction from supervisors and aggressively contribute to departmental discussions pertaining to
