carpentry\nComplete preventative maintenance tasks and scheduled inspections\nRespond to work orders and service requests in a timely manner\nTroubleshoot and repair issues related to equipment, fixtures, and facility infrastructure\nMaintain and repair doors, flooring, lighting, ceilings, and other building components\nAssist with minor installations, equipment setup, and facility improvements\nConduct routine facility walkthroughs to identify maintenance or safety issues\nEnsure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA standards, and company policies\nMaintain tools, equipment, and inventory of supplies\nDocument work performed and update maintenance systems or logs\nSupport emergency maintenance and after-hours needs when required\n Must have a Valid Driver's License\n2-4 years of general maintenance or facilities experience\nBasic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems\nAbility to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs across multiple
