Perform daily sanitizations, making up solutions as outlined on SOP and log activities in written and electronic documents in accordance with good manufacturing practice (GMP) and good documentation procedures (GDP), review documentation as appropriate.\nExpected to attain an advanced understanding of GMP compliance while training associates under close supervision, demonstrating aseptic technique and cross contamination awareness in handling of products and materials. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.\nResponsibilities include directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.\nControl supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. \nInteract with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.\nManage quality control and safety programs at the assigned buildings.\nEnsure all personal and team required training is current at all times.\nDevelop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.\nAttempt to increase revenue by ensuring the Leads are looking for ways to provide additional or periodic services to the customers.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state, and local government regulations.\nEnsure that all paperwork for employees (vacation requests, sick time tracking, uniform requests, etc.) is complete and accurate and submitted in a timely manner.\nEnsure that payroll is accurate and submitted to the appropriate payroll personnel in a timely manner and, when applicable, correct any payroll discrepancies. \n High School Diploma or GED Required\nMinimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment. \nKnowledge of GMP and experience in a GMP environment strongly preferred\nExperience with GMP cleaning in a lab environment preferred\nKnowledge of OSHA safety regulations and chemical handling/storage procedures. \nEffectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.\nBilingual Spanish strongly preferred\nWork Environment\nGeneral office environment \nShop environment\nBio-pharmaceutical production environment\nPossible Boiler/Chiller plant environment\nSome exterior/outside environment \nOrganizational Relationships\nReports to the Facility
