HVAC operations, including PMs, repairs, and emergency response\nProvide technical oversight for chillers, boilers, AHUs, RTUs, VAVs, BAS, and central plant systems\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, EPA, local codes, and client requirements\nMaintain accurate documentation, work orders, and inspection records\nSupport audits, inspections, and life-safety testing\nMonitor labor utilization, materials, and vendor performance\nUse CMMS systems to track work orders, PM schedules, and KPIs\nServe as the primary HVAC point of contact for clients and facility stakeholders\nLeadership & Professional Skills:\nFirm, fair, and collaborative leadership style\nStrong communication and conflict-resolution skills\nOrganized, accountable, and safety-focused\nTechnically credible and comfortable supporting field teams\n What We’re Looking For: Required Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED required\nHVAC Certification \nMinimum 5 years of progressive commercial HVAC experience\n2 plus years in a supervisory, lead, or operations role\nDemonstrated hands-on experience with:Commercial chillers and boiler systems\nCentral plant operations and BAS-controlled environments\n\nProven ability to operate, troubleshoot, and oversee maintenance of chiller and boiler plants\nStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, life-safety, and local building codes\nProficiency with CMMS and operational reporting tools\nEPA Universal Certification required\nAbility to pass pre-employment background screening and any client-specific clearance requirements (MVR report and Drug Screen)\nValid driver’s license\nPreferred Qualifications:\nLow-Pressure Boiler or Boiler Operator License\nOEM chiller training or advanced HVAC certifications (NATE or equivalent)\nOSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification\nExperience supporting government, healthcare, data center, or large commercial facilities\nExperience with vendor management, audits, and budget
