We're here to help!\nROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE\nThe HRIS Analyst is responsible for the effective administration, configuration and optimisation of Oracle Fusion HCM, ensuring high levels of data integrity, system functionality and user adoption. Working closely with the HR Manager - Compliance, Systems & Process Improvement and the Data & BI Analyst, the role ensures HR systems are robust, compliant, and structured to support accurate reporting and operational efficiency across UK & Ireland.\n1. HR Systems Administration\nServe as a functional expert for Oracle Fusion HCM across modules such as Core HR, Absence, Performance, Talent, and Recruitment\nSupport bulk uploads and data changes, ensuring updates process correctly across the system\nProvide first-line support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system users across HR and operations\nConfigure and maintain workflows, approvals and business rules within Oracle Fusion HCM\nSupport quarterly system updates and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nProvide guidance to HR users on system capabilities and best practices\n2. Data Quality & Reporting\nAct as owner of HR data integrity within Oracle\nConduct regular data quality audits to ensure accuracy, completeness, and standardisation of HR data\nSupport the creation of system-generated reports and dashboards to assist HR and operational stakeholders \nBuild and maintain HR reports using OTBI and other standard Oracle reporting tools (headcount, turnover, absence, DEI metrics)\nPartner with the Data & BI Analyst to provide validated data extracts\n3. Data Governance & Compliance\nEnsure HR data complies with UK and Ireland GDPR and employment legislation\nMaintain audit trails and system documentation\nSupport internal and external audits\n4. Training, Documentation & User Enablement\nCreate clear, user-friendly documentation, process guides, and training materials\nDeliver training sessions to HR and business users to improve system adoption and process consistency\nCommunicate system changes, enhancements, and best practices in a structured, accessible way\n5.
