The role supports Mobile Engineers and Contract Managers to ensure the safe, compliant, and effective delivery of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) building services. Acting as a senior technical resource, the Supervisor focuses on operational support, problem solving, critical works coordination, and improving engineering standards across the region.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Technical Support & Guidance\nProvide day-to-day technical support to Mobile Engineers.\nOffer on-site assistance for complex tasks, technical challenges, and troubleshooting.\nVerify quality and accuracy of engineering work delivered across assigned contracts.\n2. Compliance & Engineering Governance\nConduct routine site audits to ensure statutory compliance and safe systems of work.\nReview engineering documentation such as risk assessments, permits, method statements, and switching schedules.\nSupport Contract Managers in preparing compliance documentation and reports.\n3. Support with Critical Works Planning\nAssist in planning, coordinating, and supervising critical engineering activities.\nEnsure engineers understand risk controls and follow approved procedures.\nProvide on-site presence during high-risk or complex engineering works.\n4. Training, Coaching & Competency Support\nDeliver practical technical coaching to Mobile Engineers.\nIdentify skill gaps and support training needs analysis.\nHelp maintain competency records and support development plans.\n5. Performance & Problem Solving\nAttend sites to investigate technical issues or performance concerns.\nSupport root cause analysis and assist in corrective action implementation.\nProvide recommendations for improving asset performance and maintenance routines.\n6.
