Ensure that services are performed as contracted and at the intended profit margins.\nControl supplies, equipment, and personnel necessary to meet customer specifications. \nInteract with customers daily to obtain feedback on services and special needs. Troubleshoot potential problems and concerns.\nManage the company’s quality control monitoring and safety programs at the assigned buildings.\nConduct quality of service inspections at assigned buildings. \nAttend ABM training workshops when scheduled.\nDevelop operational improvement plans and implements process changes within assigned buildings.\nPlan, coordinate, execute, and document all new-hire initial training to include department orientation, and \"hands-on\" job training.\nPlan, coordinate, execute, and document cross-training and remedial training programs in both one-on-one and small clinic formats.\nEnsure compliance with company policies and procedures and all federal, state and local government regulations.\nAnalyze and manage, in a proactive manner, both the financial and the operational performance of the assigned buildings.\nEnsure that vehicle inspections are performed monthly. Ensure that vehicle maintenance is scheduled and performed on all area vehicles\nEnsure that equipment inspections are performed monthly. Ensure that equipment maintenance is scheduled and performed on all campus equipment. \nManage and provide leadership to Operations managers, Supervisors, and Lead personnel assigned to the buildings.\nResponsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of personnel within the assigned building. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.\nResponsible for directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining subordinates; addressing complaints, resolving problems, and terminating employees.\nOversight of floor care team when needed.\nOversight of forklift operators and outside trash disposal process as needed.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n*Job duties may be modified at any time.\n Minimum Requirements\nMinimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience in a service/customer-oriented environment. \nMust be able to write reports and business correspondence and effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and customers.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced work environment.\nAbility to resolve issues under tight timeframes and pressure.\nIntermediate skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) \nStrong verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills are required.\nDemonstrated willingness to work non-standard days and hours as required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in management or related field.\nWorking knowledge of floor care maintenance.\nWorking knowledge of forklift
