This individual will assume ownership for all contracted janitorial services at a building/campus for a high-profile Fortune 500 Company. The candidate will lead all operational and administrative activities while maintaining effective cost control measures.\nIdeal candidates will possess a positive, can-do attitude and understand the importance of building strong client partnerships through excellent communication. Someone who has a passion for helping others succeed and is committed to building and leading diverse teams.\n Establishes and maintains strong client relationships\nServes as the main point of contact for multiple client departments and attends client meetings\nProvide leadership and support across a 24x7 work setting\nPromotes a strong safety culture and safe work environment\nPlans, develops and assigns work schedules to ensure service delivery expectations are achieved\nPerforms daily quality control inspections to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded \nPerforms time studies to optimize operational tasks, schedules and staff allocation\nLooks for opportunities to increase revenue by providing additional or periodic services to the client\nBe aware of and be able to speak to all aspects of the operation for both the client and ABM management\nCreate and organize a system to ensure all paperwork, files and on-going issues are kept accurate and readily available\nProactively maintains and reports on account financials such as labor hours, supplies, expenses, billing, and forecasting foreseeable changes\nDrives performance management in the areas of, but not limited to (performance reviews, setting clear job expectations, coaching and directing staff, and using disciplinary action when necessary)\nPartner with Human Resources for employee issues as well as interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees \nResponsible to train and develop new and existing employees to defined quality standards\nGather required data and performance metrics for daily, weekly or monthly reports.\nComplies with client and internal ABM processes and policies\nPerform other duties as assigned\n*Job duties may be modified at any time\n Bachelor’s degree, military or requisite experience preferred\n3-5 years of management experience \nExperience in facility services or building management is desired\nMust have working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations\nMust maintain a valid State issued driver’s license\nExperience in warehouse, distribution center or manufacturing environment is a plus\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\nAbility to adjust work schedule as needed to support the operation \nSolid business acumen and basic accounting principles \nProficient in Microsoft Office\nPrevious custodial experience desired \nAble to stand up to 10 hours per
