For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Employee Benefits | Staff & Management\n HR Related Tasks\nEnsures that all open positions are posted in a timely manner to backfill to avoid under target staffing levels and possible impact to service and site.\nManages Payroll related items. \nManages Employee concerns. \nAddresses any corrective action with employees \nAccount and Site Customer Support\nWeekly quality control inspections of facility- thoroughly follows up on all findings and ensures correction. \nEnsures route cards are provided and maintained for the site.\nHas a strong relationship with client.\nEnsures cleaning supplies and equipment are maintained, laundered, or replaced as needed. \nEnsures that all touchpoint cleaning check lists are posted, completed, and retained for verification or audit purposes.\nEnsures other site-specific check lists are posted, completed, and retained. \nFollows up on all escalations and ensures long term correction or resolution - shares updates with national team and SPM.\nSchedules a weekly walk with client site leader to complete quality control Inspection and follow up on all findings or call outs \nManages all product/supply ordering where applicable for site.\nEmployee Management\nEnsures any new communications regarding SOW, SOPs, etc. are communicated out and or trained/reviewed with all staff in a timely matter, always meeting deadline provided. \nComplete monthly training with all staff and retain/submit documentation of training.\nEnsure new hire training is completed for all employees coming into the facility. \nEnsure new staff members are trained and fully understand all ABM &/or Amazon SOPs for specified site type. \nMaintains communications with staff across all shifts.\nOther Task and/or Requirements\nCompletes Diversey training.\nHas full knowledge of the SOW.\nImmediately reports escalations to National Operations Manager in a timely matter. \nFollows up and meets deadline on all National Team requests or directives. \nResponding to emails, calls and texts in a timely and professional manner.\nHours should be flexible be to ensure accountability across multiple shifts.\nAdd “Hours Submission” daily for designation site in SharePoint.\n 3+ years’ experience in leadership and team building\nExcellent written and in person communication skills\nGood computer skills and knowledge of software programs -
