For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM 2025 Employee Benefits | Staff and Management Team Members\n Supervise and coordinate the work of janitorial staff to ensure that all areas are cleaned and maintained according to company standards.\nSchedule and assign cleaning tasks, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.\nTrain and onboard new janitorial staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality performance.\nConduct regular inspections of facilities to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.\nAddress and resolve any issues or complaints related to cleaning services.\nMaintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.\nPrepare and maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, staff schedules, and maintenance issues.\nCommunicate effectively with staff, management, and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services.\nAssist with cleaning tasks as needed, especially in high-demand situations.\nDevelop and implement cleaning procedures and best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.\n High school diploma or equivalent;
