Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.\n Monitor and direct agents to perform duties according to Standard Operating Procedures.\nEffectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.\nAdhere to all ADA non-discrimination requirements.\nComply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.\nAssist Managers to achieve strong operational performance.\nProvide technical guidance and interpret policies and procedures to assist front-line employees in performing functional tasks.\nMonitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels.\nEnsure that future schedules are complete (days off, vacations, etc.)\nEnsure all call offs are covered.\nManage employee lunches and breaks.\nManage the Attendance Policy\nParticipate in client briefings and communicate with Client representatives on a frequent basis regarding operations.\nManage daily schedules.\nMaintain daily shift report for managers.\nPerform basic administrative and payroll functions (if applicable).\nMaintain communication with Managers to maintain optimum staffing levels.\nEffectively coach, counsel, and discipline employees.\nConduct service audits.\nWork with Safety Quality Manager to ensure the safety and security of the operation.\nSet positive, professional example for workforce.\nEnsure front-line employee compliance with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned.\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nFront-Line employees on designated account and shift.\nOther:\nPhysical Demands: The physical demands described herein are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
