Must be able to work flexible shifts including overnights and weekends.\n Essential Functions:\n· Conducts quality improvement inspections within assigned areas of responsibility.\n· Ensures safety and satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations.\n· Assures the highest quality of customer satisfaction.\n· Assists with Training and Development\n· Provides guidance to Bus Operators and Fueler/Cleaners\n· Monitor the rotation of buses in service.\n· Provides excellent customer service to guests; respond to guest inquiries in a courteous manner, give directions, etc.\n· Leads and participates in a team to ensure the successful operation of the shuttle bus service.\n· Conduct safety observations\n· Complete daily operational reports\n· Report performance issues to Management\n· Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, managers, etc.\n· Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.\n· Capability of working various shifts as Operations is 24/7\n· This position requires implementing corrective action in cases of team member disciplinary issues, ensuring that necessary measures are taken to address performance or conduct concerns effectively.\n· Provides leadership and direction to team members.\n· Provides open communication between Bus Operators, Fueler/Cleaners, Management, and fellow Supervisors.\n· Provides positive coaching to team members.\n· Assists with the training of team members.\n· Oversee the adherence of the daily and weekly Bus Operator and Fueler/Cleaner work schedules.\n· Reports damaged, broken and out of work features/items.\n· Coordinate scheduling for extra service requests by client\n· Oversees and performs additional service requests.\n· Provides training to all new team members.\n· Attends and participates in all meeting and training sessions.\n· Completes time sheets, validates time sheet accuracy, and delivers time sheets to office.\n· Performs all tasks and duties required of your team.\n· Assign buses to Bus Operators\n· Assign tasks to Fueler/Cleaners\n· Complete required reports\n· Email communications\n· Can be positioned at Dispatch or in the Field\n· Miscellaneous duties as assigned.\n· Ability to work in various weather conditions.\n Required qualifications:\n Must have a valid CDL B with Passenger Endorsement\nCustomer Service Experience\n1 year of similar work experience\nPrevious dispatch and supervisory experience\nMust be able to work flexible shifts including overnights and
