deliveries.\nProcess outgoing mail and prepare shipments using various carriers (FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.).\nMaintain accurate records of package tracking, receipts, and deliveries.\nCoordinate special courier and express delivery requests.\nOperate mailroom equipment, including postage machines, scanners, and package tracking systems.\nAssist employees with shipping, mailing, and package inquiries.\nMonitor mailroom inventory and order supplies as needed.\nEnsure compliance with company policies, security procedures, and postal regulations.\nMaintain a clean, organized, and professional mailroom environment.\nSupport additional administrative or facility-related tasks as assigned.\n Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious mailroom, shipping/receiving, logistics, or customer service experience preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nAbility to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office and package tracking systems.\nStrong communication skills and attention to detail.\nAbility to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.\nSkills\nCustomer Service\nOrganization and
