For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Team Member Benefits | Front Line Team Members | (Programa de Beneficios de ABM)\n Building repair as it pertains to assigned buildings.\nInstall and repair; door closers and thresholds, door and frames, drywall, carpentry, wall covering, carpet repair, light electrical, ceiling tile, light plumbing, painting, floor tile.\nPerform assigned facility inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations.\nRespond effectively to all emergencies.\nPrepare and submit to management summary reports listing conditions found in the performance of assigned work, and recommend and/or suggest action to be taken.\nComply with all safety procedures, maintaining good housekeeping, safety of work areas and company vehicle.
