hardwood surfaces.\nImplement and manage floor care programs and protocols, including daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance schedules.\nTrain staff on proper floor care techniques, including stripping, waxing, buffing, scrubbing, diamond polishing, and carpet cleaning, using specialized equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, extractors, and vacuums.\nEvaluate and select appropriate cleaning chemicals and solutions, ensuring safety and effectiveness, and coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.\nDevelop and maintain cleaning schedules for all facility areas, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and identifying areas for improvement.\nRecruit, train, and supervise janitorial staff, ensuring efficient workflow and task assignment.\nConduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing support to foster a positive work environment.\nManage payroll for janitorial staff, ensuring accurate and timely processing, while maintaining records of cleaning schedules, supplies, and equipment.\nMonitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost-effective purchasing and arranging repairs or replacements as needed.\nEnsure all janitorial activities comply with health and safety regulations, provide training on the safe handling of chemicals and equipment use, and investigate any accidents or incidents.\nProven experience in commercial floor care, especially terrazzo and high-traffic carpet care.\nExtensive knowledge of janitorial practices, equipment, and cleaning solutions.\nStrong leadership, team management, and organizational skills.\nProficiency in payroll software and managing administrative tasks.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal.\nAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.\nAbility to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies.\nCapable of standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended
