You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.\n Operational Oversight: Manage all aspects of aviation operations, including ground handling, passenger services, cargo operations, and aircraft services, to ensure efficient and safe operations.\nSafety Compliance: Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, safety standards, and company policies to maintain a safe working environment for employees and customers.\nTeam Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to a diverse team of aviation professionals, including hiring, training, and performance management, to foster a culture of excellence and accountability.\nClient Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with airline partners and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that exceed expectations.\nResource Management: Optimize resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to maximize efficiency and minimize costs while meeting operational requirements.\nContinuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency enhancements through data analysis, performance metrics, and feedback from stakeholders.\nEmergency Response: Develop and implement contingency plans and emergency procedures to ensure the continuity of operations and the safety of personnel and assets in the event of unforeseen circumstances.\nBudget Management: Manage departmental budgets and financial performance, including forecasting, expense control, and revenue generation, to achieve profitability targets and business objectives.\nQuality Assurance: Implement quality assurance programs and performance metrics to monitor service quality, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality aviation services.\nCommunication: Maintain open and effective communication channels with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration, problem-solving, and alignment with organizational goals.\nBachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (Bachelor’s degree is preferred)\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in aviation operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role\nStrong knowledge of aviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices\nExcellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals\nExceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders\nStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and aviation-related software systems\nFlexibility to work non-traditional hours and travel as needed\nAviation experience is preferred.\nWork Environment:\nFast-paced airport setting, requiring frequent walking and standing.\nMay involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and airport noise.\nRequires adherence to airport security protocols, including background checks and security
