monitoring.\nEnsure all cleaning procedures comply with airport safety regulations and industry standards.\nOversee daily cleaning operations in terminals, restrooms, lounges, baggage areas, and other airport facilities.\nConduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and address any issues promptly.\nCoordinate with airport management and other departments to ensure janitorial needs are met.\nManage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper use and storage.\nEnforce health and safety policies, including proper handling of hazardous materials.\nRespond to urgent cleaning requests and resolve any customer or passenger complaints regarding cleanliness.\nTrain and mentor janitorial team members, promoting a culture of excellence and efficiency.\nMaintain records of cleaning schedules, staff attendance, and performance evaluations.\n Must have a Valid State Driver's License\nHigh school diploma or equivalent \n2 years of supervisory experience in janitorial services, preferably in an aviation or large facility environment.\nKnowledge of airport security and safety protocols.\nStrong leadership and team management skills.\nExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.\nFlexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.\nFamiliarity with cleaning chemicals, equipment, and best practices.\nBilingual (Spanish/English) preferred.\nWork Environment:\nFast-paced airport setting, requiring frequent walking and standing.\nMay involve
