A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.\nSchedule: Monday-Thursday 8:00am-12:00pm\nABM is a military and veteran friendly employer, veterans and candidates with military experience encouraged to apply.\n Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on building equipment and systems.\nTroubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including air handlers, rooftop units, VAV boxes, pumps, motors, and controls.\nMaintain and repair electrical systems, lighting, outlets, breakers, and related components.\nPerform plumbing repairs including faucets, toilets, piping, valves, and drain systems.\nConduct routine inspections of building systems and document findings.\nRespond to tenant service requests and emergency maintenance situations.\nPerform fire and life safety inspections, testing, and documentation.\nMaintain mechanical equipment including boilers, chillers, generators, and pumps.\nComplete work orders accurately and in a timely manner using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and safety regulations.\nMaintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and tools.\nCoordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs and projects.\nSupport facility improvement projects and equipment installations.\n High school diploma or GED required.\nTechnical training or trade certification preferred.\nMinimum 3 years of commercial building maintenance or engineering experience preferred.\nStrong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.\nExperience with building automation systems and work order management software.\nAbility to read schematics, and technical manuals.\nAbility to work flexible schedules, including weekends and on-call rotations as needed.\nBilingual English/Spanish is a
