For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Team Member Benefits | Staff & Management\n Specific Duties/Essential Job Functions: (Other duties may be assigned)\nComply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients and regulatory authorities.\nEstablish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, clients, etc.\n\nProvide leadership and direction to TLV Security team members.\n\nProvide in open communication between field employees and management.\nProvide positive coaching to team members.\nAssist the Operations Manager and Account Manager in the direction of and supervision of field employees.\nEnsure the highest quality of customer satisfaction.\n\nSecondary security screening of all passengers traveling to TLV\n\nOperation of security screening equipment.\n\nPerforming security patrols indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, day and night.\n\nAdvises management team of any emergency or security incident for appropriate resolution.\n\nA positive attitude, even when faced with misplaced criticism or frustration.\nPerform all tasks and duties required of your team.\n\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned.\n\nSupervisory Responsibilities:\nFront -Lines employees on designated account and shift.\n\n Physical Demands:\n(The Physical Demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
