The Project Manager works closely with ABM leadership, support departments, and clients to drive operational excellence while identifying opportunities for service enhancements and new business growth.\nLead and manage a diverse operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery aligned with contractual and financial goals.\nServe as the primary liaison with clients, from property management to senior executives, ensuring satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.\nOversee budget preparation, financial reporting, and cost control initiatives to drive operational efficiency and profitability.\nConduct regular building inspections to assess cleanliness, equipment condition, and compliance with safety standards.\nManage vendor relationships and coordinate outsourced services to meet performance expectations.\nSupervise payroll processes, inventory management, and procurement of supplies and consumables.\nEnsure proper onboarding, training, and performance management of staff, including safety and compliance training.\nPrepare and present professional reports, proposals, and incident documentation to internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport new business development by identifying opportunities for service expansion and operational improvements.\nMaintain accurate work order tracking and ensure timely completion of out-of-scope projects and client requests.\nProject manager will ensure that employees have proper uniforms and PPE.\nPrepare and submit incidents/injury reports as needed.\nWill open Corrigo work orders for additional work.\nPerform other duties as assigned or requested.\n 1-3 years of facility, janitorial, or operations management experience.\nProven leadership experience managing teams and projects.\nExperience overseeing daily operations, staffing, and service delivery.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).\nBilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.\nStrong organizational and time management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and follow-up skills.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nExperience interacting with clients, vendors, and leadership teams.\nKnowledge of service industry practices, processes, and trends.\nPrevious supervisory or management experience preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop employees.\nProven ability to resolve issues, manage priorities, and maintain high service
