labor planning and cost controls \nCultivates a strong safety culture to provide a safe work environment \nEffectively leads and provides direct supervision to the onsite team across multiple shifts \nPlans, organizes, and communicates daily operational priorities and client requests \nSets employee expectations, provides training and feedback, and routinely inspects the facility \nCollaborates and coordinates with shift leads to ensure execution of services \nManages supply, chemical and equipment usage which includes proper training \nUses data to proactively seek out operational improvements to optimize the operation \nGathers and maintains required administrative tasks for daily, weekly or monthly reporting \nDrives performance management in the areas of, but not limited to (hiring, expectation setting, performance reviews, terminations, and uses disciplinary action when necessary) \nPerform other duties as assigned by client \n 3-5 years of management experience\n\nExperience in facility services or building management\n\nMust have working knowledge of OSHA safety standards and regulations\n\nHave a valid State issued driver’s license\n\nExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail\n\nSolid business acumen and basic accounting principles\n\nProficient in Microsoft Office\n\nPrevious custodial experience desired\n\nExperience in Janitorial Event Planning\n\nKnowledgeable of Janitorial Equipment\n\nPhysical Demands\nMust be able to lift at least 50 lbs., navigate around tight spaces, walk or stand for a period of 8-10 hours
