teamwork.\nCoach and mentor staff to drive performance, professional growth, and compliance with ABM and client policies.\nRecommend staffing levels, assist in hiring and onboarding, and conduct evaluations in partnership with HR.\nAct as the primary contact for clients; build and maintain strong, professional relationships with property management teams and stakeholders.\nEnsure services meet or exceed contract terms, address client feedback, and resolve complaints promptly.\nPromote additional services and identify growth opportunities to increase billable work.\nOversee daily operations of facility services, including janitorial, parking, and maintenance as applicable.\nEnsure compliance with all ABM processes, safety standards, and quality programs.\nConduct time studies, site inspections, and implement continuous improvement strategies to optimize performance.\nCoordinate special projects and support implementation of new processes and technologies.\nPrepare, review, and submit operational and financial reports, budgets, payroll records, and cost analysis.\nIdentify cost-saving initiatives and support vendor/contractor management.\nDevelop and deliver employee training programs focused on safety, operations, and customer service.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies.\nAdminister disciplinary actions in accordance with company guidelines.\n 2-3 years of experience in facility, janitorial operations, or project management with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.\nStrong customer service, leadership, and interpersonal skills.\nSolid business acumen including budget oversight and cost control.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other job-related technologies.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills.\nAbility to manage multiple projects and respond to urgent client needs, including occasional evening/weekend
