For information about ABM’s benefits, visit: ABM Team Member Benefits | Front Line\n Perform daily cleaning tasks including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, floor scrubbing, and spot cleaning\nClean and sanitize restrooms daily; check and replenish paper goods and supplies twice per shift\nClean and maintain pantry kitchens on both floors of the facility daily\nClean office spaces and common areas, including weekly vacuuming of office surfaces (or more frequently as needed)\nClean windows, mirrors, corridors, and glass surfaces\nProperly handle waste, recycling, and disposal in accordance with company and site protocols\nMaintain, organize, and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies\nIdentify and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, or supply shortages\nSupport periodic deep-cleaning projects, including carpet cleaning and floor strip/wax (typically 1-2 times per year, with possible overtime)\nFollow all safety, sanitation, and secure-site protocols at all times\nWork collaboratively with the on-site Lead Cleaner and respond professionally to occasional client requests\nReporting Structure:\nOfficially reports to off-site ABM management\nDay-to-day coordination and guidance provided by the Lead Cleaner (off- site)\nNo direct on-site supervisor;
