This includes human resources management, accounting, marketing support, budget support, and client relations. Responsible for the overall operations of assigned locations within a region.\nResponsible for multi-site performance of services to the customer(s); and ultimately retention of those customer(s) as a client(s). The manager will be responsible for Facility Managers being identified within specific region. The Sr. Facilities Manager will drive continual improvements to the operation by creating an expectation of learning and development of their staff.\n The Sr. Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall operation of our facility management services to multiple spokes and depots, including ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees, safeguarding company funds and property, and representing the company with respect to the client. This Sr. Facilities Manager ensures that established company goals are realized while maintaining client relations that will enhance future business and have total responsibility for managing all aspects of the contract.\nOversee all aspects of the client’s sites which include critical physical infrastructure. \nEnsure that all work performed within mission critical space is done to high quality and without impact to internal/external customers.\nManagement of the team that includes the Facility Manager, Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Coordinator, Workplace Experience Coordinators, Building Engineers, and Technicians.\nOversee the development and accuracy of site-level operating procedures and other documentation.\nSupervise and escalate as needed ABM’s response to after-hours emergencies at assigned facilities\nProvides training and support and aims to expand the capabilities of operations staff. \nGives hands-on instructions in basic maintenance, safety, and troubleshooting procedures.\nDemonstrates the proper use and care of tools. \nInstills a high level of professionalism and directs the performance of contracted maintenance \nFinancial Management: Plans and forecasts budget for operation and maintenance, recommends and estimates facility repairs and improvements \n Hazardous Materials: Complies with policy and audit standards for safe storage, usage and disposal.\nResolve all electrical, mechanical, BAS, BMS, and Fire Protection System issues while minimizing risk and business impact and communicating issues to management and customers in a timely manner.\nManage the customer relationship and act as the single point-of-contact for all facility-related issues, including, but not limited to schedules, new business, projects, budgets and expansion and staffing.\nManage oversight from preventive maintenance inspections and provide guidance on how to address issues.\nDevelops, plans, and implements annual shutdown programs for preventive maintenance activities.\nTechnical knowledge of critical electrical and mechanical systems with the ability to prioritize, assign, track, and trend equipment history. \nAudit all CMMS databases for accuracy and completeness, produce reports as required at customer request, control system access and user credentials.\nEnsures projects are completed to the satisfaction of the client, successfully managing budgets/financials, schedules, key performance indicators, and contractual requirements \nEnsure that ABM training expectations are met and audit the process monthly.\nIdentify, vet, and approve all sub-contractors who will perform work on-site.\n Ensure compliance of Customer SLA parameters and Change Control activities, review and approve all system changes (set-points, thresholds, alarm-points, etc.) which could impact customer operations\n Set, review, and approve employee work/PTO schedules, audit and process employee time and payroll.\nDevelop PM contract scopes-of-work, ensure contract terms are fulfilled.\n Bachelor’s Degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university in a major relevant field of study or equivalent 5-7+ years’ experience in mission critical operations environments, preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of facility management, plant operations, engineering or maintenance supervision experience preferred \nStrong verbal and written communication skills to “C” level and below, including customers and vendors.\n5 years of experience in a management position with 5 or more direct reports\nExperience generating cost savings through multiple continuous improvement activities\nKnowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) experience 360 Facility, Maximo, etc., and Building Automation System (BAS Siemens’ Apogee, Johnson Metasys or Trane Tracer, preferred).\nTechnical school with an emphasis on mission-critical operations, high-performance manufacturing, or relevant military operational experience preferred.\nStaff management experience, including disciplinary action, hiring, terminating, and performance appraisals\nCPMM Certified Plant Maintenance Manager, CFM Preferred \nCertified Facility Manager or other relevant certifications, preferred. \nProven budget and personnel responsibilities \nStrong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, including report writing ability\nComputer proficiency with MS Office and Outlook email\nWorking knowledge of purchasing and/or utilizing and managing subcontracts and
