satisfaction levels are meeting and/or exceeding expectations.\nAssures the highest quality of customer satisfaction.\nAssists with Training and Development\nProvides guidance in safety, cleaning processes, procedures, and chemical usage to cleaning crew.\nCounsels crew members regarding tardiness, absenteeism, work performance etc., using proper documentation procedures.\nLeads and participates in a team to ensure the successful completion of assigned tasks.\nResponsible for the running and leadership of the shift in the absence of the Supervisor\nWhen the Supervisor is present, the lead worker may be responsible for directing smaller work groups.\nAssists the Supervisor and Shift Manager in the direction and supervision of field employees.\nWhile disciplinary authority is not given to this position, it is expected that the Lead will report performance issues to the Supervisor.\nEstablishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.\nComplies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.\nResponsibilities\nProvides leadership and direction to team members.\nProvides open communication between field employees and management.\nProvides positive coaching to team members.\nAssists with the training of housekeeping staff and schedules work assignments.\nAssists with making daily and weekly work schedules.\nOversees and performs cleaning operations in assigned building.\nTakes care of keys and access cards for the property\nReports damaged, broken and out of work features/items.\nMakes sure premises are secured at all times.\nOversees and performs additional service requests (tag job) in assigned building.\nWorks with Area Manager to schedule jobs with Property Manager and cleaning crew to complete the work.\nCoordinates scheduling of cleaning crew.\nOversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Area Manager.\nProvides training to all new hires assigned to the building.\nAttends and participates in all meeting and training sessions involving assigned property and crew.\nCompletes time sheets, validates time sheet accuracy and delivers time sheets to office.\nChecks supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.\nCompletes order forms completely and accurately.\nCoordinates equipment usage and inventories.\nPerforms all tasks and duties required of your team.\nMiscellaneous duties as assigned.\n Must be 18 years of age or older.\n1-2 Years Custodial Experience\n2 to 5 Years Leadership
