apply.\n Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of janitorial personnel.\nSchedule staff assignments and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and facility areas.\nConduct regular inspections of buildings, offices, restrooms, common areas, and designated spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved.\nTrain employees on proper cleaning methods, equipment operation, safety procedures, and company policies.\nMonitor employee attendance, productivity, and performance.\nAssist with employee onboarding, coaching, disciplinary actions, and performance evaluations.\nEnsure proper use, storage, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies.\nMaintain inventory of janitorial supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed.\nRespond promptly to client requests, complaints, and special cleaning requirements.\nEnsure compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and environmental standards.\nInvestigate and report workplace incidents, injuries, or safety concerns.\nCoordinate periodic deep-cleaning projects, floor care programs, carpet cleaning, and special event support.\nComplete administrative duties including schedules, inspections, reports, timekeeping, and work orders.\nMonitor quality assurance programs and implement corrective actions when deficiencies are identified.\nSupport emergency response activities, including weather events, spills, and facility-related incidents.\nPerform custodial duties as needed to support staffing requirements and operational needs.\n High school diploma or GED required.\nMinimum of 1-3 years of janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance experience.\nMinimum of 1-2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.\nKnowledge of commercial cleaning procedures, equipment, and chemicals.\nAbility to read and understand safety procedures, work instructions, and cleaning specifications.\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nValid driver's license required for this job
