handles, and hardware.\n\nReplace light bulbs, ceiling tiles, and air filters when authorized.\n\nRepair minor drywall damage and perform basic painting and touch-ups.\n\nAssemble furniture and assist with office moves and tenant improvements.\n\nAddress minor plumbing issues, such as loose fixtures and clogged sinks, within qualifications.\n\nReport larger repairs and mechanical issues to the building engineer.\n\n 3 plus years of engineering experience\n\nEngineering skill sets which can be applied to a range of systems, maintenance programs and engines\n\nFor service engineering positions, these same technical skills are applied towards operational issues versus project specific work\n\nAbility to analyze complex technical issues, detailed level of project management for regulatory compliance modifications\n\nExcellent verbal and technical writing skills
