For information about ABM’s benefits, visit ABM Team Member Benefits | Staff & Management\n Training Strategy & Program Management\nLead and manage a team of trainers responsible for delivering ILT, OJT, and skills-based training.\nImplement standardized training programs, including onboarding, compliance, safety, and recurrent training.\nEnsure training content remains up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with operational requirements.\nCollaborate on curriculum updates and refinements; may assist in developing materials such as presentations and job aids.\nTraining Delivery & Facilitation\nFacilitate engaging in-person training sessions.\nOversee training scheduling, coordination, logistics, and resource coordination.\nEnsure consistent, high-quality training delivery from training team. \nTeam Leadership & Coaching\nProvide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance oversight for the trainer team.\nMonitor trainer performance and identify development opportunities.\nSupport staffing decisions, onboarding of new trainers, and skill development.\nLearning Management System (LMS) Administration\nOversee accurate tracking of training records in the organization’s and client’s LMS platforms.\nReview, validate, and distribute training completion reports. Ensure reporting supports audits and compliance needs.\nPerformance & Evaluation\nEvaluate training effectiveness using assessments, employee performance data, and feedback. \nTrack employee progress and provide insights to leadership on training outcomes.\nRecommend and implement improvements to training processes and delivery methods. \nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nPartner with operational leaders to ensure training aligns with business and customer requirements.\nCollaborate with HR and operations leadership on onboarding workflows and employee development initiatives.\nRepresent the training function during audits, quality reviews, and client interactions as needed.\nCompliance & Documentation\nEnsure all required training (safety, regulatory, HR compliance) is completed on time.\nMaintain accurate training records and ensure readiness for audits or customer reviews.\n Education & Experience\nMust have a Valid State issued Driver's License\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent (GED)\n3-7 years of experience in training, workforce development, or operations leadership.\nExperience supervising or coaching trainers or frontline teams strongly preferred.\nProven experience facilitating large-group, instructor-led training.\nSkills & Competencies\nStrong leadership, coaching, and team-management skills.\nExcellent facilitation and
