Perform general maintenance and repair tasks throughout the property, including retail storefronts, common areas, walkways, and marina-adjacent spaces.\nTroubleshoot and perform basic repairs involving plumbing, electrical, lighting, doors, fixtures, and building systems.\nComplete tile, concrete, and weather-related repairs caused by exposure to outdoor elements.\nReplace damaged or worn materials, including floor tiles, exterior finishes, and building components.\nRespond to maintenance requests from tenants and retail store operators in a timely and professional manner.\nConduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards, maintenance needs, and opportunities for preventative maintenance.\nMaintain exterior spaces to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.\nAssist with special projects, vendor coordination, and property improvement efforts as needed.\nAccurately document completed work orders and maintenance activities.\nFollow all company safety policies and procedures.\n 2+ years of commercial building maintenance, facilities maintenance, or related experience.\nKnowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs.\nExperience performing hands-on maintenance in outdoor environments.\nAbility to troubleshoot maintenance issues and complete repairs independently.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with retail tenants and vendors.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.\nValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.\nPreferred Experience\nShopping center, retail, marina, hospitality, or mixed-use property experience.\nExperience with tile repair, weather-related building repairs, and exterior maintenance.\nBasic understanding of preventative maintenance programs and work order
