retiring systems that no longer provide strategic or economic value.\n Required\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \n15+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 7 years leading engineering organizations at the director level or above with responsibility for developing other engineering leaders. \nDemonstrated ownership of both B2B enterprise portal platforms and B2C consumer-facing digital products at scale. \nDeep experience architecting, building, and operating cloud-native platforms across Azure and AWS, including API-first architectures, multi-tenant SaaS products, containers, event-driven systems, and infrastructure as code. \nExperience with enterprise and consumer identity platforms, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, and CIAM. \nProven success modernizing legacy technology estates while delivering against active commercial and product roadmaps. \nWorking knowledge of AI and data-driven capabilities within custom applications, including the practical application of analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation. \nExperience managing large-scale engineering organizations, blended employee and offshore delivery models, and technology budgets exceeding $10 million annually. \nStrong executive presence with the ability to communicate technical, financial, and operational trade-offs to senior business leaders, customers, and executive stakeholders.\nPreferred\nExperience within facility services, commercial real estate, parking and mobility, aviation, logistics, field services, or another distributed, asset-intensive operating environment.\nExperience with IoT, telemetry, building management systems, operational technology, or
